What is your screening process?
Red River Employment Agency does not take any shortcuts when it comes to vetting potential candidates. All Candidates go through:
- A pre-screening phone interview with a Red River Talent Team member.
- A thorough second interview that can be held in person or via video.
- Reference checks- We require a mix of references, one of which must be in a supervisory or managerial position.
- Testing and Paperwork – Applicants also complete relevant skills testing such as MS Office, accounting, typing, etc...
Do you conduct background checks or drug tests on your candidates?
While this is not done for every candidate, we do have the capability to complete these tests at the employer's request.
